The Department aims to discover the changing needs of individuals and families. The subject tries to develop wholesome personality of the students by unifying their knowledge through related science and arts disciplines. Home Science is a subject which trains:

v  Give impetus to community outreach and extension.

v  Accomplish training and Development of Young Women for Professional Employment.
